The fly and drive  Masai Mara group tour is an exciting and affordable wildlife experience originating from the Kenya coast

On day one-  we fly from Mombasa airport  to Nairobi where you join a road safari tour group  to the Masai Mara game reserve.

Safari tour is rich in diversity and brings opportunities to view varied  Kenya attractions and more concentrated game viewing drives.

Tour transport and unlimited game viewing drives are provided  in private open top safari minivans

Tour guarantees a window seat and access to the open top for each safari participant.

Tour  theme is on great wildlife viewing , scenery and local Masai culture.

Tour  returns  to Nairobi airport on the late afternoon of day 3 where you catch your flight   back to Mombasa airport.

At your return to Mombasa airport –we shall transfer you back tour beach hotel

Tour  accommodation is  at either the Masai Mara sopa lodge or Olmoran tented camp

DAY 1: MOMBASA - NAIROBI - MASAI MARA (Fly & Drive) (Nairobi to Masai Mara 265kms)

 

Early pick up transfer from your  Kenya  beach resorts  to Mombasa airport

0500hrs : Fly Mombasa – Nairobi on the one-hour Kenya Airways  flight

0600hrs : Arrival at Nairobi airport

Met by your  safari driver guide and vehicle.

Join your group safari to the Masai Mara

The safari drive is via the central highlands of Kenya with views of local homesteads in  subsistence farmlands.

There shall be a stop  to view the  Great Rift Valley escarpment

Descend to the  floors of the Rift valley  and proceed through  Masai country.

Arrive at the Masai Mara game reserve in the late morning

Afternoon game viewing drive in search of the Big five including Elephant, Giraffe, Wildbeest, Zebra, Gazelle, Buffalo, Lion, Cheetah, Warthog , Hyena..........

Overnight at Mara Sopa lodge or Olmoran tented camp

DAY 2: FULL DAY - MASAI MARA

Today  shall be a game viewing extravaganza at the Masai Mara

The Mara remains the richest and  most exciting wildlife eco-system in the world.

The reserve  is host to the highest concentration of wild animals per square kilometer than any other park in the east African region.

The scenic appeal of this tree studded savannah, the moderate climate and  diversity of wild game species makes it a destination plus!.

We shall traverse the Mara on a full day of  game viewing drives

We shall  enjoy a picnic lunch by the Mara river crossing as we watch the hippos and crocodiles

Overnight at Mara Sopa lodge or Olmoran tented camp

DAY 3: MASAI MARA - NAIROBI - MOMBASA (drive & fly)

Early morning game viewing drive at the game reserve.

There shall be a lunch stop on our drive back to Nairobi.

Arrive Nairobi in the late afternoon.

Drop off at Nairobi airport to catch your Nairobi – Mombasa flight.

1830 hrs: Fly on Kenya Airways.

1930hrs: Arrive Mombasa airport.

 Met and transfer to your Kenya coast beach resort
